His sponsors don't seem to be upset and the IOC doesn't seem to be upset. He's 23 and he's got money. So he smokes a little pot ~ his business.

Some Sheriff of some county in SC said he will prosecute, if he can prove he was in that county. The city and state have both stated they won't do a thing.
I really hate him being made an example of. Role Model, Shmole Model.....he is 23!

How can they charge him with anything? I doubt they can prove that was actually marijuana in that pipe - it could be anything, right? That sheriff just wants the attention.
If you remember after the 2004 Olympics he got stopped for drunk driving and he was underage.

I dont understand how they can charge him from that picture. I dont think that will fly at all.
He tested clean before the Olympics so he should be in the clear.
