I have one too!!! It was designed to get people to interact with the game (getting a bit of exercise) rather than just sitting on the couch not moving. I guess they are trying to tell us we are a bunch of lardasses...lol
They use them alot in NH for rehapb. In fact, an article in the paper today said someone dropped one off anonymously at a facility near here.


If the hotel is wired....your computer will automatically find it and you will be good to go.

I have a wireless router for our laptops and it was really easy to install.

I really love my Wii. I did the aerobics the other day and my calves were so sore the next day, but in a good way. The balance games are truly impressive. I won't say yet if my balance is getting better overall but I am definitely more aware of how I automatically shift my weight to the left.

It's 44 now and starting to drizzle.

Glenn says if he gets up tomorrow and sees ice he ain't going no where no how.

He says he doesn't get extra hazardous pay so they will have to come and get him if they want him.

Good on him. If I wasn't at the notell motel I wouldn't be coming in in the am. It is gonna get NASTY!

I havent done any Wii since Friday night and I can tell the difference!!!!!


I have one of those stair steppers too but cant get on it with this foot for another 2 weeks.
It is one of those kinds that just have the pedal things not the rest of the handles etc..

it is pretty good.
Sometimes it will start to ache towards the end of the day but even that is happening less and less.
